· Call Today! Book a Massage! We have a receptionist answering our phone. Don't hesitate to call, ask questions and book appointments.
· If you happen to reach a voice mail during office hours, it is because we are on the phone with another call. Lease a message, we will return the phone call promptly.
· You can schedule appointments online. We have an online schedule button at the top of the page. Not ALL AVAILABLE appointments are listed online, so if you don't find what you want, when you want it, please call the office.
· We have same day appointments available but they go fast, so call early to get in!

Kneaded Energy - Massage Therapy FAQLooking for Sponsorships
Kneaded Energy receives an average of 2 calls per business day requesting massage at no charge. The requests support very worthy causes: charities, nonprofit organizations, fundraisers to fight against cancer and other diseases, care for the caregiver, and community events. We are committed to giving massage to the community. We currently clock 500+ hours and thousands of massages each year for the Greensboro community. We feel it is our responsibility.
The federal government requires that we pay our massage therapists for any work they perform. This includes company sponsored volunteer services. We are accepting donations and sponsorships to support our community outreach. We can tell you for which event(s) we used your donation or you can specify which event you would like to sponsor.

If you believe that you didn't get the high quality massage experience you anticipated and expected from Kneaded Energy, then the massage is on us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Anything less, we expect full consideration. No Shows will VOID Triad Smart Source Gift Certificates. We call the day ahead to remind you of your appointment. Our software system emails you a reminder as well. If you cannot keep your appointment, please consider moving it to another time during that same day so that our salary forecast for the therapist is not jeopardized.
When you book an appointment, just like a catering company we reserve your room and guarantee work for the therapist and, in essence, pay a deposit to have them present for your appointment.
We are a service based, billable hour business. We appreciate your understanding.
