It all began in 1913 when Samuel A. Pfaff founded Pfaff’s, Inc. on Main Street in Winston-Salem, NC. Approximately 20 years later, Fred W. Pfaff succeeded his father as President of Pfaff’s Inc. In May, 1963, Pfaff’s Auto Glass branched out as a separate business located on Liberty Street with David H. Pfaff as President. Pfaff’s Auto Glass is still family-owned and operated at 3125 Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem, NC.
Our purpose is to provide our customers with excellent service and quality products at a fair price, to demonstrate community involvement, and to maintain for our employees a safe, clean and rewarding environment.

PrintWarranty on Auto Glass Replacement/Repair
As always, we offer a Lifetime Warranty for your auto glass replacement.
We guarantee all installations of new auto glass parts furnished and performed by Pfaff’s Auto Glass against leaks due to workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. New windshields furnished and installed by us are guaranteed against stress breaks for a period of ninety days after the work is completed.
Windshield Repairs are guaranteed against further breakage originating from the repair for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. In the event of breakage from the repair, credit will be issued for the amount charged for the repair against charges for windshield replacement. There is no further guarantee offered regarding the appearance or optical clarity of the repair.

There are presently 17 employees at Pfaff’s. Our auto glass technicians average 15 years experience providing you with the utmost in quality workmanship for your safety and satisfaction. Our professional and friendly customer service staff have an average of 12 years experience in assisting our customers with excellent, personal and dependable service.

WINDSHIELD REPAIR
Rock chips smaller than a quarter and located out of the driver’s direct line of vision can be filled in to keep the chip from spreading. The process only requires 30 to 40 minutes and mobile or in shop service is available.
WINDOW OPERATION REPAIR
Windows in your vehicle that have become inoperable can be repaired in usually about 1 hour in our shop.
SIDE VIEW MIRRORS
The outside mirrors on your vehicle can be replaced, provided everything is intact except the mirror glass, in about 20 to 30 minutes in shop.
ACID RAIN REMOVAL
Acid rain spots on your vehicle’s glass can usually be removed. This is a quick process with minimal expense to you. Please contact, or come see us for additional questions.
WINDOW FILM REMOVAL
For aftermarket tinting that needs to be removed to comply with N.C. State Law, or for your personal preference, we can help. Give us a call for an appointment!

Auto glass damage is normally covered under the comprehensive portion of your policy. We are a preferred auto glass shop and can assist you with your claim.
North Carolina Law states you have a CHOICE of auto glass shops when reporting an auto glass claim. Click here to read the law.
Windshield Repairs are usually paid for under your comprehensive coverage. Most insurance companies will waive your deductible and pay for the windshield repair.
