Superior Mechanical provides 24/7 service and repair. To prevent surprise interruptions to your comfort, a maintenance plan can be tailored to your needs. A maintenance plan not only can increase the efficiency and longevity of your equipment, but will also qualify you for a 10% discount off of any additional needed repairs.
Superior Mechanical offers service, repair and cleaning of your whole HVAC system – from the mechanical system to the air ducts to the vents in your walls, ceilings or floors. You’ll breathe a lot easier for it!

Residential Services
Our Residential Service division will repair your existing heating and cooling system or replace with new equipment if necessary. We can fix your system, balance the air flow to insure all rooms are the same temperature, and maintain your system to keep it operating at its best.

Commerical Systems at Superior Mechanical Inc.
Superior Mechanical’s Commercial Division focuses on design/build, plan/spec and negotiated/invited construction. Fixing existing HVAC systems which do not work properly is also a large part of our business.
Our engineering department (Millikan Engineering Group, P.A.) is capable of designing new systems or retrofitting old ones. No project is too complex or too small. With registered engineers, pipe/duct designers and CAD operators, we have experience in the following:

Our History At Superior Mechanical Inc.
Superior Mechanical, Inc. began in 1986 in the Superior Mechanical Building basement of the home of Joe and Anita Millikan in Randleman, a small town just south of Greensboro, NC. Outgrowing the basement in the first year, we moved to an office and warehouse in Sophia. In May of 2000 we moved into a new facility (162 Pointe South Drive in Randleman) more than doubling our old facility with offices, an air duct fabrication shop, and bases for our multiple divisions.
Our operations have expanded from only residential service and installation to include a large commercial division of engineered systems, air balance and testing, and a new division concentrating on indoor air quality. Throughout our existence, we have focused on not just quality, but excellence. We provide superior design and installation and integrated systems for optimum efficiency to make your indoor comfort guaranteed.
